I phoned Matt early Saturday morning, initially he began to plan a booking, however after explaining the problem, Matt arrange to pop over same day in the afternoon. SMS messaging meant I was kept informed of when he was arriving. He got down to business and found the problem. A gentleman, polite and courteous with a sprinkle of professionalism.
