I phoned Matt early Saturday morning, initially he began to plan a booking, however after explaining the problem, Matt arrange to pop over same day in the afternoon. SMS messaging meant I was kept informed of when he was arriving. He got down to business and found the problem. A gentleman, polite and courteous with a sprinkle of professionalism. Don't hesitate to call Matt with your plumbing issues. Our suburb was Attadale.

How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible — particularly for the rough-in stage, which needs to happen at a specific point in the build sequence. Get in touch once you have a rough timeline and we’ll work around your project schedule.
What happens if the renovation runs over schedule?
It happens. We coordinate around your project and other trades rather than holding you to a rigid booking. Clear communication means we can adapt without the project stalling.
Do you supply fixtures and tapware or just fit them?
Either works. You can source your own fixtures and tapware and we’ll install them, or we can advise on what suits the space and supply accordingly. We’ll let you know at the site visit what makes sense for your project.
